SHIPPING POLICY

Current processing time is 2-3 days unless otherwise noted. Shipping M-F. Thank you for your understanding.

All orders ship via USPS both domestically and internationally.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 3-5 business days. 

If your package is returned to us, once we receive it, we will contact you via the email address submitted during checkout to notify you that we have received your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

The Vintedge Vault is not responsible for additional shipping rates or customs charges by customers when importing our goods.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted, unless there was damage due to a packing error.

The Vintedge Vault is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or misdelivered, provided that the shipping address matches the address on the order receipt.
